The Foundation's first Bike Trek was ridden on the Historic Washington & Old Dominion Tail. We could not have had a better day or a better group of supporters for our event.

Accotink Park Picnic, May 19, 2007
The Foundation raised over $1000 at a Fundraiser Picnic held at Accotink Park in Springfield, Virginia. The picnic had something for everyone; canoing, pedal boats, basketball, volleyball, and last but not least .... food!
Vietnamese Tet Festival 2007
To raise money, the Foundation had tables at Tet celebrations in the Washington DC metropolitan area in February. We sold imported gifts from Vietnam, Vietnamese food, and had games for kids of all ages at Tet celebrations in suburban Maryland (Feb. 10) and Virginia (Feb. 10 and 17).
