Michelle Le, Esq.: Ms. Le holds an B.A. in Economics and M.S. in Health Evaluation Sciences from the University of Virginia, a J.D. from the University of California, Davis and is a member of the State Bar of Virginia. During her undergraduate years she served in leadership roles for the Vietnamese Students Association and the Asian Student Union. She also helped to start the first chapter in Virginia of the nationally recognized Asian-American Interest Sorority, alpha Kappa Delta Phi. Her professional interests lie in Healthcare and Intellectual Property Law. She enjoys staying active and cheering for all DC area sports teams!

James C. Housel, Esq.: Mr. James C. Housel is an attorney for the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, VA. He received his Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester in New York, his Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and his J.D. from George Washington Law School. He was the previous director of International Relief for the Latin American Parents Association and former president of the Foundation. He also serves on the Board of a community non-profit organization.

Phuong “Phoenix” T. Bui, Esq.: Ms. Bui is a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, VA. She received a Juris Doctor degree from Washington College of Law at American University, a Master of Science degree in Plant Pathology from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture from the University of Tennessee. In addition to the Foundation, Ms. Bui has been an active and energetic volunteer in a number of other non-profit organizations including her church, Bethesda United Methodist Church (Bethesda, MD). She is the daughter of the late Founder of the Foundation, Diep Vuong.
